• Delivery Method: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a download link or access instructions to the email address provided at checkout.
• Timing: Links are typically delivered instantly. If you do not receive your link within 30 minutes, please check your “Spam” folder before contacting info@habitathound.com.
• Access Limits: We recommend you download and save your files immediately. While we strive to provide permanent access, we do not guarantee that links will remain active indefinitely.

Due to the nature of digital content, which is deemed “used” the moment it is downloaded or opened:

• All Sales Are Final: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for “change of mind” or because the product did not meet your subjective expectations.
• Purchase Confirmation: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you lose your right to a refund once the digital download process has commenced

Notwithstanding Section 2, we comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a “major failure” of a digital product.

• What constitutes a Major Failure: The file is corrupted, contains significant errors that make it unusable for its intended purpose, or the product is substantially different from the description provided on the sales page.
• Technical Issues Beyond Our Control: We are not responsible for failures caused by your specific hardware, software compatibility, or internet connection speeds. Our guarantee applies only to the functional integrity of the digital file provided.

If you experience a technical issue with your file, please contact us at info@habitathound.com within 7 days of purchase.

• We will first attempt to provide a corrected or alternative file format to resolve the issue.
• If we cannot provide a functional file that matches the product description, a refund will be issued in accordance with your statutory rights.

Every purchase grants you a single-user, non-exclusive license.

• Prohibited Use: You may not share, resell, redistribute, or use our digital products for commercial purposes unless a commercial license was explicitly purchased.
• Monitoring: We reserve the right to revoke access without a refund if we detect unauthorized sharing or distribution of our intellectual property.
